Hop on Pop
was always a class favorite for my kinder student's. After reading the book I would pull out a large bag of balloons - a sure way to get your kids excited. 
Each balloon contained a word and they had to HOP on the balloons until they popped (this was much harder then they thought). Once the balloons were popped they would read the word and come up with other words that rhymed with it.

Another fun idea for home from ObSEUSSed - she drew POP on a twin sheet and put it on the bed and let her kids "Hop on Pop".
