Track Santa's Progress

Are your kiddos bouncing off the walls with excitement about Santa's visit tonight (Riley is)? Add to the fun by tracking Santa's progress on Norad’s Track Santa.  It may keep them busy enough you can finish up all those last minute details.

Norad Santa is a FREE website that lets your kiddos track Santa and play Christmas games during the holiday season.   Each day the Kids Countdown Village page will introduce a new game for you and your kids to play. You can countdown til Christmas and track Santa's progress on Christmas Eve.  This site has the Riley stamp of approval.   

Ideas for a Letter from Santa

 A few nights ago Riley (with my help) wrote her letter to Santa. Two of the three items she asked for are toys she made up, as in they don't exist. Hopefully she won't be too disappointed on Christmas morning! Our local library has a mailbox you can deliver your Santa letters to and they will write you back from Santa. So check your local library and see if they offer the same thing. Also some local post offices still have a Santa letter mailbox.

If you don't have any local places that will send a letter from Santa to your children, you can use this Santa Clause letterhead I found and make you own magic from Santa. You can download it here for free.

Free Call from Santa

What would your kids do if Santa called them?  Well, you can find out. Send a Call From Santa, sponsored by Google Voice, will place a personalized phone call to your kiddos from Santa.   The phone call will come within minutes of entering the information so make sure your kids are nearby. 
Kids can also track Santa on Google maps. 
Note: There is an advertisement at the end so feel free to disconnect if you do not want to hear it.
