With construction paper cut out a heart and then draw out a Tic-Tac-Toe board in marker. Use different color Hershey Kisses or Valentine heart candy for your X & O's. When the game is over let your children eat the candy! You are not required to let your children win.
*My camera is broken so the game board looks like the picture above but with candy.
