The other day I needed to do something with my 2 1/2 year old to keep her busy for awhile. So we headed outdoors and went on a nature walk to collect leaves, acorns, twigs and pinecones.
When we got home I took a paper plate and used a glass to trace a circle out of the middle of the plate to create wreath. Then with some Elmers glue (if your child is older I suggest a hot glue gun instead) we glued our findings on the plate to make a fall wreath. You can then punch a hole at the top and loop string or ribbon through the hole so you can hang it up. This is a quick and easy fall craft that kids of all ages can do.
She got bored after awhile so we didn't completely finish our wreath:)
