This adorable cupcakes from
Amazing Mom's will make an extra special St. Patrick's Day treat. Don't let the instructions overwhelm you like they did me when I first saw them. They are really pretty simple. I just made regular cupcakes, frosted them store bought frosting I tinted green and topped them with a gold candy wrapped coin I picked up at WalMart. I used green construction paper to go around the cupcake wrapper. Super, super easy. I promise.
